Welcome to the site Bud. That's a neat avatar you have. Good luck on finding the SSP you are looking for. The members here will be a great help in that area as well as the resto of it or any SSP you find. You will find a very knowledgable and friendly group here.

Thanks to all of you. I hope to add a SSP to my garage within the near future. What area of the site deals with what to look for on the car to show it is a special service vehicle? Have you Bullitt kept your cars stock or have you made some modifications? I have tinted the windows, put aftermarket front marker lights and removeable smoked headlight covers. Have to have all the light I can get at night. I am anxious to know the best places to look for my future car. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for helping me learn the ins and outs.

First thing your bullitt needs is a brenspeed tune. Wakes it up. A hurst shifter and louvers too. See imboc.com

The main page of the site has tech links that'll educate you on all things SSP related -

For your Bullitt, I LOVE the Silver Horse Racing side louvers -

Yes I think the Brenspeed is next then the shifter. I would like to add lowering springs and possibly the retro hood from MRT. I like those louvers and had thought about them at first, but not sure now. The IMBOC site is on my favorites. I use the same name on that site.
