Arg, right..I was thinking of the cheifs cars with the sixes. Is it just me or do the exhaust tips on the EVOC cars look much beefier than those on the B&Ws?

Looks like the EVOC cars have been played with, besides exhaust and brakes the ride hight is super low compared to the black and whites. Look at the nose how low to the ground it is in that one photo.

I rolled into the IHOP in my zone sunday after briefing for my usual eggs and coffee and an FHP Trooper was there in his new Charger. Looked very sweet, and was Hemi. All FHP will soon be Chargers.
