Default How bad is this damage?

I had someone look at my car today who was interested in buying it, and some sort of Ford Tech. I knew that the front fender had been aligned from stock, and you can see the paint difference where it doesn't line up perfect. I'm no expert and just knew the car drove straight, and nothing seemed that bad. So he points out these 2 main areas of concern where you can see a little bucket in the frame rail, and a little separation of the apron.

Here's pics of everything else. Looked like maybe it pushed something with the bumper?

I'm looking for opinions on how bad this really is. Is there any safety type concerns, I wouldn't think so, but would like other's opinion. What does this do to the restoration value of this car?

Thanks
