buck tag decoder

Got a rough draft working for 1981-86 Capri and Mustang. Working on pre-1981 C/M and 1987-93 Mustang codes now. Once I have everything coded, de-bugged, and tested, I can easily modify it to only work for 1982-93 5.0L coupe, just as I have done for the VIN decoder. Another tech feature that can be added to the site.
