Temps are still below freezing here in sunny E. Texas. We had a few guys with frozen water lines and broken backflow valves (sprinklers). Tomorrow looks like the fun begins, though, with actual accumulations of snow and sleet predicted. Most around here have trouble driving when it rains, so I can't wait to see the mess tomorrow.

Thanks for your concern Hector. It looks like there isn't very many places to go to for good weather.

We had decent weather today. I think a high of 20, but lots of sunshine! Went flying with a student this morning, the air was smooth and visibility was great. Took off from Ann Arbor, flew over for a landing Grosse Ile and then over to Monroe. Monroe hadn't even attempted to clear the snow yet. Could just barely make out the runway. We just made a low pass. Could see tire tracks from a 4x4 going down the runway is all.
