That's the problem! You guys have real houses with garages.

All a man really needs is a one bedroom GARAGE! Any other rooms in your house of garage is wasted storage space!

Ahhhhh, sounds like a dream. That's exactly what I would aspire to, if I didn't have a wife and a 6 year old.

60 x 106 with 12 foot ceilings is just the right size. I made it to 17 before my wife got involved....

IMO Don't give away any car just to buy a SSP. They come and go and no car is the Holly Grail so hold out and get what your car is worth and don't worry, a SSP will be up for sale sooner or later.

I also had the "Holy Grail" of FHPs- and sold it! Like I said they come and go, just depends on the needs of the seller and the lucky buyer.
