Big thanks to Rich for sending me the original taillights off of #8336
Today, I got my can of the correct SEM charcoal (the local paint store had to get a can from Salem, OR) and started painting parts. It took a couple hours to sand, hand buff, mask, scuff the black, and paint one taillight. Took another hour to just sand the mirrors. I also painted one taillight housing. It was said that white reflected better, so I painted the silver white. But there wasnt much difference in brightness when I compared the white one to another housing I restored with silver metallic paint. Time for some pics    Wet sanded with 1500  After hand buffing the bottom half   Original taillight housing  After white paint  Buffed lense put over the newly painted housing  Masked  Painted  Before  After. One taillight assembly restored    Rich also sent me one of his extra new lenses(had a broken corner. The new is on the left, and the restored on the right. Silver housing is on the left and white is on the right.)

Some more pics of equipment
The correct brackets for mustang. My dad is going to reproduce the brackets here soon(thats his plan).      I restored one of my dads whip antennas(top)   One of the handles I refurbished. (sorry for blur)  Original red spot.  And I found a correct siren speaker( I need to find the shroud thing, I forgot what it is called)
