Problem with Painting interior parts Opal Grey
I bought the Omni Pak paint in opal Grey from Late Model restoration Supply and found it to be a lot lighter that what the original interior pieces in my 93 CHP actually are . Anyone have any ideas what color I should use to get this right?

I haven't used the metro stuff yet. But it wouldn't hurt to buy one can and compare it to the LRS stuff. |

The 5.0 resto stuff is too light. I used it on my FHP and was not happy with the match. SEM makes a much closer match but the paint number eludes me at the moment. If you go to an auto body supply they should be able to give you the right stuff.

I've only used the Metro...on my old '92, and the twin that I sold to Chris F(GPD1739). It was a perfect match both times.

I have noticed that with the age of these cars, the factory interior pieces tend to darken, especially the door panels.
