Those rear window motors are much easier to access if you cut off the 1/4 panel first.

If it were only the motors, these two repairs deal with the guide bar bushings at the bottom ( plastic and broken). I have new aluminum bushings but this is like wrestling a wild cat in a shoe box. Now where did I put that saws all?
