unity spotlight bracket question
If NOS unity bracket says only 221, not L; LH or RH. What side will it fit?

Driver's side. If it's passenger side it is a 221RH.

221RH is what you need to put the spotlight on the driver's side pillar
221 will work on the pasengers side From an old post: The 221 brackets were made for various, '70s, GM cars. The 221RH bracket is for the passenger side of those cars. Later, it turned out that the same brackets would work on the Ford Fox Body cars, if you switched the brackets around.

This is from the UNITY MFG. Company installation instructions..........
FORD 1988 -1979 Mustang 221 ( LH ) 221RH ( RH ) FORD 1993 - 1989 Mustang 221 ( LH ) 221RH ( RH ) FORD 1993 - 1990 Mustang Convertable 221 ( LH ) 221RH ( RH ) Hope that helps. It actually shows FORD 1993 - 1989 Mustang ( 4 ) 221RH 221 But the " ( 4 ) " in FOOTNOTES states..... Use the RH installation kit on the LH side of the vehicle. So, that means.... 221 goes to the LH side of the car ( driver side ) and 221RH goes to the RH side of the car ( passenger side ). Don't know why they just didn't print it that way lol It has pattern numbers to use also. If you need a copy of one, PM me, I'll send you one from my instructions. Unless your spotlight holes in the Apillar are already there. John
