unfortunately, the car had previously been in a crashed and the front bumper had been replaced.

When i purchased the car a month ago the front was damaged again due to a crash from owner who had it all altered with a stroker and supercharger and somehow he lost control and crashed it thus damaging the front clip area. He was going to part it out and scrap it for metal. I originally went to to purchase parts to fix my other coupe and ask about the car and was told that it was an Ex CHP and he was going to cut it up and go to the scrap metal. I offered to buy it; as is and Paid $400.00 dollars and towed it home. Now i will be replacing the radiator support. the buck tags are all there and door tags. The original holes to the door post and original plastics are also drilled fro the spot lights, the rear quarter panel also has the holes covered up with bondo. The first aid kit holes are present along with the snare clips. the original speedometer cluster and dash are present. its definitely a project but nothing impossible the special task to restore and saving it from making it to the metal yard.

You are going to have to sit back and wait.
We have someone that can get this info for us, but at the moment everything is on hold.

Department internal issue. It will come though. In time.
Some info on some vehicles is not available.
LONG story on how and why.

Be patient.

Going through paper work handed to me from the previous owner on my car, I have been able to make contact with all previous owners except the first ones that purchased my car from CHP Torrance Motor Transport.

It is neat to find out the history from all owners. ALL of them have told me that they wish they had never sold this car.
I am glad that they did !

They think it is pretty neat that it has landed back in the hands of a retired CHP officer and turned back into a patrol car again.

I'm glad it's sitting in MY shop !! lol

i have some photos of my first aid kit that i bought for my CHP but it appears to be small in size. can some please tell me the dimensions of the kit that comes on the CHP.

my first aid kit dimensions are as follows: 8" length x 5"width x 2.5" thick

please let me know if i have the correct first aid kit for my restoration.
