I don't see a mic attached to the equipment mounted on the side of the console, if the thing you are looking for is a two way, Relm/Regency/Wilson sold these:
 They look pretty much like the scanners. OK, just because I have to ask, what is under the X9000 radio head? Is this an in service picture?
