Well after seemed like an eternity I finally got the info on the 1992 GSP's... I found the Trooper that drove my "other" 92 GSP LoJack car and guess what? he had a "in service" pic or me!
 Happy Day !!! found out my Perm # trooper name and # and made contact AND "in service" pic all in the same day !!!
