DSO 48 is Detroit. Did MSP run unmarked??? Maybe a local agency? The bucktags might tell you more. I can't believe what that salt\weather does to cars. Good score nonetheless

way off the vin range for 89 MSP cars. run a car fax and see what you can find on it. be nice if there is a build sheet in there somewhere...

the seller told me it may have a 2 piece speedo cable in it... I havent looked.
