1986 chp ssp mustang

There is one for sale here in the Madera california area. I took a look at it and it is in rough shape but it runs. Buck tags are in place. Whoever had it before this guy changed the front end to an 89. Headliner missing and dash is dried and cracked, interior would need to be replaced.
