That is not an FHP hat, nor is it even close to being one.
The current, Black campaign hat is the one below (in use since 1994):  The tan Stetsons used before then (with some of the straw hats) were the same-style hats that they wore for 50 years. http://www.flhsmv.gov//fhp/html/story5w.html
