to paint an ssp??

My father and I will be putting a paint job on the 86 ssp sometime next year, hopefully early.

At first, I was thinking a black and white restoration, but now we're looking at the fact that it may be too flashy and get the wrong attn on the street, and that an all black paint job may look better.

we're still doing a resto from the ssp wheels, to stock interior, and trying and locating much of the gear for a car show. we'll put the spot lamps on too,

my question here, is how many others have done basic restorations on their car, but went with a solid tone paint job instead?
