CHP cars were traditionally manual 'roll up' window cars period. I'd ask for pics of cluster/floor/grounding straps, also front bumper cover. Although all those parts can be changed at any point, likely if it WAS a CHP car something would be left somewhere. Even if it was evidence of holes for trunk equipment etc.
