Default No more discount at Late Model Resto?

I spoke two salesmens at late model restoration, one named Tony, and I was told that there are no more discounts for members. Should I be talking to a manager or some other contact? I was told that they would be happy to give me 14.99 flat rate shipping. I asked them "don't you give that to everyone?" He answered well, yeah. I was looking to get a few things for the mustang and will take my busissiness elsewhere if the salesmen aren't willing to budge with their commission.
