Default some work on the 67 Thunderbird...

upper control arm bushings, the originals only lasted 40 years on a 5000 pound luxury liner 4 door Landau. Had lots of help from my buddys Fred and Frank. Was good shop day, nice to have lift. Put the Bird on the lift, pulled the wheels, lowered it back down on jack stands, broke the spundle free at the upper ball joint/control arm, then pulled the control arm. And thankfully no explosive decompression on the spring.
Car "sits" much better now and no squeeks from the suspension, and of course also handles like it did the first time I drove her 21 years ago....

and I am proud of the tag....
