I think 2k is a fair price considering it's all there and unmolested.

Looks to me like a WSP car given the antenna holes, mudflaps and other setup of the last 84 I looked at. $2K is not a bad starting price, however, the last 84 I checked out a month ago sold for $1,200 here in Tacoma in similar shape.

I'd be curious to see the pic of the buck tag/DSO info -or - if there are any records that come with the car from the WSP.

Academy blue is the color in 84 - and looks grey in the pics. Looks like the passenger seat is the original and the driver seat is a replacement over the years.

Don't see them unmolested too often. Nice find for sure - and good luck with the sale.

Looks like academy blue like mine by looking at pass. dash and door panels,
in pictures looks grey most the time. I think its closer to grey than blue to begin with and throw in a bit of fading and dirt. Anyone get a VIN#, curious where it falls with the other 84 SSP's. Interesting that it has the black headlight surrounds and sail panels, most of the Oregon and Washington cars were white that I've seen.

I sent him an email asking for the vin to run a car fax but the seller has not responded. I am not interested in purchasing the car.

Troopers like Marlin (who had my 87) painted the bezels/surrounds black to set them off a little. Some painted the wheels as well. Was their way of making the car "unique" while in service.
