Default SSP photos to welcome Spring

I've been able to get the 1990 North Carolina State Highway Patrol and 1993 Missouri State Highway Patrol SSP's out to clean them and snap some photos over the past few days. Unbelievable early Spring we're enjoying so far in the Upper Midwest. Hope others have been getting some nice weather as well to get the ponies out and enjoy them. Looking forward to beginning the car show season...enjoy .

Nice pics Mike. The only part of mine that was outside today was the lower intake.

Mike, both cars look outstanding! The NC cars are really growing on me. If I ever wanted to fill a barn with SSP's, an NC car would definitely be included. Thanks for posting the pics!

Well today I took the plunge to trim my MSHP door emblems to fit between the door moldings. Needed to get that done before trip next week taking my SSP for meeting w/MSHP Trooper who was assigned to my SSP. A little scary to do because these weren't cheap as they were bought with the MSHP's permission directly form their supplier to match the colors/font from that time period.

Fortunately everything turned out just fine and both sides fit nicely. Thanks Eric for your pointers as I was able to put some of them to good use. Glad to have that step behind me. Used a pic from the 93 MSHP you recently owned...current owner has a close-up pic of the trimmed door emblem that was helpful too.

You're welcome. Sorry, I forgot to take the pics of my emblems for you!
