I cant get the picture but this is the listing:

Up for auction is a 1989 ford mustang lx SSP florida highway patrol car. Car has original motor and trans and runs great, Has the blue silicone radiator hoses, Trunk release under steering column, One key locking system, Antenna holes have plugs in them (two in roof, one in the trunk). Tires have lots of tread but are dry rotted (225/60r15). A/C blows cold. Hole in dash is where the police radio was installed. The only parts that are missing is the carpet and the ashtray door. I have all the rest of the interior pieces. I can finish the interior for the price of the carpet ($120). Body is straight and 100% rust free. Please ask any questions prior to bidding. If you have 0% feedback, contact me prior to bidding or I will cancel your bid. This is a no reserve auction, High bidder wins. DO NOT bid if you cannot pay. I think that was the last year for the tan interior. I wish they would have kept that color option through 93.

On those pesky eBay pictures that won't let you right-click & save, here's what you do. Once you have the desired picture on your monitor, you can hit the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard, open MS Paint, hit paste, crop the total screen shot down to the picture, and save. That's what I did here -

The CR label has a couple paint / tape lines in it, looks like it may have been painted blue, then repainted black?

For me, the one thing I would want to confirm (beyond the car's overall condition) would be whether or not the FHP Unit Number is known. I didn't see any mention of the Unit Number in the eBay ad. FHP's are hard enough to find information on these days, and buying a car without knowing the Unit Number would be a deal breaker for me (I got lucky on my CHP and found the number after I bought it). You might want to get a list of questions together and contact the seller before bidding.
