Default 90 CHP

Hey guys, I found this one at pony stock builders shop!!! unit 9583 I believe. Was painted blue at one time and is now orange... Still had california title, said ("prior police" in top right corner) Made copy before I sent it off. Need lots of info guys... I know it had grey interior, but was it the LX style or the V8 tweed type? Interior was gutted. I'm gonna need the 160 cert. speedo also. It will be put back black and white. Tags are intact, door/ign. key is there. Still has bracket on right front frame rail and plate in trunk. Roof, posts and left quarter hole evident. Will try to post pics soon. Iterior pics for a 90 would be a great help. Thanks, Bobby

Hi Bobby,

Congrats on the new SSP! That's good that you were able to determine the Unit Number. Here is some good reading material about the CHP cars, if you haven't seen it already -

I'm not sure on the interior question. In terms of getting your unit number verified, here's a good thread about getting registration info from California DMV -

Look forward to seeing pictures. I'm curious in the color of your shock towers.
