That's what I call a "kink" in the frame rail. You don't get it from just pushing something. It means it took a hit to that side of the car and kinked the rail. That's one of the things on my checklist to look for when I'm looking at potential cars to buy.

Bobby or others can chime in on what all it takes to fix it.
