try watching this. Mine was idleing high. I adjusted the TPS and it brought it down to where it's suppose to be.
This might help, might not. Try searchign on YouTube anything about Adjusting Throttle or TPS or anything to try different things to get it fixed.
Did you put a new TPS on it ? It may need adjusted if so.
It's easy to do and worked for me.

Also, make sure you use Throttle Body Cleaner, not carb cleaner !!!
Clean everything with it, it helped me.
