1984 CHP speedometer cluster not working
Purchased an 84 CHP recently that needs a lot of work. The speedometer cluster is not working and I want to address this problem first. So first question, can it be repaired. If so does anyone have detailed instructions to do the repair (maybe YouTube video) or member on this forum can do the repair for reason price. Second question, Is attempt to repair worth time and expense or should I starting looking on Ebay or CL for a used working cluster. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
