I looked through my totes of 8292 parts and found the original Jack. I looked back through my pictures of its tear down and confirmed it was its original Jack. It is Black btw... This blue one is from an 86 so I guess in either 87 or 88 they changed over to black from the blue... Darn shame as this jack and spare had never been out of car and Jack is NOS quality... Wonder if it's the same as came in my 83????
