All of the CTSP were purchased by a leasing company that specialized in higher-mileage fleet vehicles, General Electric Leasing Company in Minnesota (DSO 58), and then they were leased to CTSP. For the ones that were SSPs (not all were) the DSO buck tag will say "GELCO" or something similar. Here is an example:
