[Hoosier_Trooper_SSP]

I'm trying to post an avatar, but the only way I know how to downsize it to fit, the picture quality goes to crap. Any ideas on how to fix it? I want to trim it around the focal point and downsize it at the same time. I cant attacj it because of it's size either.
