Sorry I didn't see this thread....I just posted about this in a new post.
While someone couldn't fool those of us in-the-know......they could stick them on a car and scam someone who didn't know any better.....
I don't think it is honorable to sell these things to the highest bidder on Ebay....too much possibility for scamming someone by unscrupulous people.
