As discussed in the part-out thread (which will eventually roll over to subsequent pages in the section as new posts are made), we rec'd a photo of the Buck Tags and were able to confirm the above 1990 State of Georgia car as a SSP -

As an aside, each time we add a SSP I increase the number listed at the bottom left corner on that year's page of VINs. I just added up the numbers and we now have 2,635 SSP Mustangs documented in our VIN Project.
And this thread is closing in on having 24K views. Very nice indeed!
