Your SSP is interesting. It clearly was not ordered for the CHP to be a patrol vehicle, so I wonder what State agency used it? This car would be a good one to order a Deluxe Marti Report on to get as much dealer info and other nuggets as possible. The legal owner could also
request a Registration History Report from California DMV to see who the first owner was.
