Bill ... Just ran accross this in some lost pictures, wasnt sure if I sent them to you already. Another 1990 TX DPS with no Bucks or door tag but I got a picture of the Vin and Title. Title reads Texas Dept of Public Safety. Car had twin spot holes, reinforcements in the floor ,antenna holes in the quarter and trunk , upper roof jam hole pass side(light bar) and signs of black and white paint. Orig.
