I have a friend that years back had a square body caprice with lights and sirens. He wouldn't go impersonating a cop though.
One time he was in a rock quarry at 2am and turned on all the lights and started doing donuts. Then another car pulled in and more red and blue lights came on. But the cop just did some donuts too and then left, turning off his lights as he went. lol
