The late-model CVPI crowd. Even better...move out to Texas, they are everywhere. I even saw a Hyundai not too long ago with a red/blue lightbar on it. Officers here are allowed to outfit and use their POVs for extra-duty jobs, and I'm sure the volunteer fire guys and gals do the same, too. People here don't really get out of the way for regular e-vehicles, so I really can't imagine someone using their POV for any type of actual response.
