Motorola Micor

Looking for a Motorola Micor/Mitrek radio head that resembles the attached picture. I seem to be able to find them with fewer channels, but they are not correct for my car. This, and other repeater components, is the final known piece of equipment that I need.

Have you posted over on elightbars? Yeah I know it can elicit mixed experiences, but probably worth a try.
