One less Pony in my stable!

I just gave away my 34k original mile 86 GT convertible less than an hour ago. It is on the way to Alabama where it will be part of the Mustang Museum of America. I only drove it once a year for the past three years and decided that in a museum setting more people could enjoy it. I still have my 93 Nevada SSP (my 89 Minnesota SSP will be going to a new home by the end of the Summer) and my Daughter's 90 LX to enjoy, so don't feel too bad for me!

Can't wait for my brother to get back with it Bob! We've very excited about having you're one of kind '86 in the museum. I look forward to you and your family visiting and seeing it on display.

Jonathon, it was nice to meet your brother Gary and I look forward to meeting you too when I come to visit the museum. Hope the drive back went smoothly.

Thats my 67 Jeep M715 5/4 ton pickup and it is the only collector vehicle that I have ever owned that my wife actually likes (the rest are/were just hunks of metal or appliances to her). I found it 6 years ago for sale along the side of the road near my WI cabin with 21k original miles. It was in the army from 1967-1985 and then with a small town WI fire department from 1985-2005, and then auctioned to the individual that I got it from in 2009.
