Hey guys, just doing some research on a car that I picked up , and was surprised to see it on your forums. Its the 83 that was on seattle craigs . Was originally looking to build a race car , but having second thoughts with this car , as it appears to be a wa patrol car. It has dso number 740013 , single key locks , trunk button , and jump pak sticker on bottom of trunk lid . Any info would be appreciated . thanks

Welcome and glad you found us.
Your car is very rare, as there really aren't that many '83s out there that we know about (I believe around 10 or so). It's definitely worth holding on to. |

yes . Thats the one , it needs some work , but not bad .

Glad you're looking into what you have. Pretty cool and rare car, that's for sure.

welcome!
I'm a new member too, so welcome! Guess I'm not the newbie anymore LOL!. Your car looks really clean. Its hard to find later cars in that condition for that price! Good score. You could restore the car and still put a stout motor in it, an "undercover sleeper" you could say, LOL. Good luck! Keep us updated on the progress.

Super car! Welcome!

I remember that car. There's not very many '83 SSP's around. Welcome to the forum!

I commend you sir for reconsidering your intentions.
That's a good one to have. Welcome! Ted |
Welcome, and please do keep that gem intact. A rare one for sure!
