Dash paint?
 

Does any one know of a paint that closely matches the upper part of 1989 dash? It is a dark gray of some sort and I have some worn areas I want to touch up. Thanks in advance for any help,

I see the color chart shows a dark smoke low gloss PPG 34217 as one of the interior colors. Check the chart to see if it's the color you are talking about:

Hey GSPI, what about the dash color for the '82 CHP in the French Vanilla interior color code. From the photos I've seen, the top dash pad was actually lighter than the dash itself. I'm not sure I'm going to like that, but this car will be as original as I can make it.

Instructions for spraying the dash and such.

If you go to the Ford Dealership they should be able to get you the colors codes. I did a color match on mine and later found that they had the paint codes for the dash.
