I'd say go for it. If you get it at a decent price, you could sell the engine off and replace it with a stocker and be that much ahead of the game.

It's only worth what someone is willing to pay. :)

Personally, even though it's been *somewhat tastefully* modified, I think 6 or 7k max. It looks like the seller spent a ton on the DSS engine, but I'd be more interested in the original (which is probably long gone).

It all depends on what you want; an original car to restore or one to take to the track and cruise-ins.
