wanted... red spotlight lenses

My 1989 Michigan car was equipped with s-6 spotlight heads painted black. Michigan removed the shafts and bolted the housing directly to the package tray. (this explains the large hole in each side)

I need a couple of the red spotlight bulbs if I can find them. If anyone knows the bulb number let me know and I can start searching for them.

Jim,
I have the red light number of GE brand 4436R for two wire and brand Wagner 4000R for three wire. It is a PAR 46 bulb.
