1985 CHP Spare tire jack,lugwrench,holdown.
 

When I bought my CHP many years ago it came with a full size spare tire and nothing else. Can anyone tell me if the CHP cars had the cardboard over the spare tire? Also I need some help on the correct part numbers for the spare tire holdown, the wingnut,and the lugwrench,and the jack. I have the full size spare and thats all. Any help will be appreciated. There was a lug wrench in mine but not the right one. I scrouged a spare wheel and all the items you mentioned, including an SSP tire board (!), at the wrecking yard...would be tough to do these days. You can pretty easily find most of what you need from one of the restoration supply houses or on eBay. The tire board will be the toughest to find...I'd put one back in there if you can find it.
