nebraska nsp antenna

1 Attachment(s)
i discovered my 93 nebraska ssp had a quarter panel antenna also mounted on the top of the rear passenger quarter panel.
Nebraska drilled the hole thru the cars metal to mount them. NMO mount

this antenna was used for the mic on the crimtec video system these cars were equipped with.
found this pic on the net.

i want to put an antenna on the car. any suggestions of what exactly this antenna resembles and where to get one?

If it's anything like the systems we used, it's just like you described....a straight NMO Motorola antenna. We had them on a bunch of our cars until the better systems came out.

Something like this looks like it would work nicely.

Are you looking for the gasket that goes between the chrome nut and the paint?

I will take a look in my kit, I haven't touched a car in a couple of years so they might be gone...

Well I found one, like I said I haven't been on the mobile side of things for a couple of years, so it is a little firm, but it isn't cracked. PM me your address and I'll toss it in the mail.
