What year is this one? 1990-1992?

It looks like Oxford White, with Titanium interior.

Not much, other than the interior/exterior/axle/molding codes you posted above. You already have the DSO and special-order numbers posted, also.

YO=Oxford White. The marked, Kansas cars were two-toned, special-paint cars.
