TxDPS Maglite info?
 

I'm looking for info and or pictures of 87-93 Texas cars with a mounted Maglite on the passenger side of the console. Anyone have anything on this ?

I think they used Streamlights. A trooper gave me one (an older version, probably of the SL20) for my '83. I can take a pic and post it if you want to see what it looks like. It was his in-service (in Mustangs) for years.

A buddy of mine has a maglite that he claims came out of a DPS car. He says I can have it for my car but I don't want it if it's not correct. Thanks for the info.

Can you please post images of the Maglite or Streamlight holder in the TX DPS?

It's in a box in storage in TX. Sorry I never posted it. Next time I'm over that way I'll take a look. It's just the old-style SL20X, though...no pic of it mounted in a car.
