MODIFICATIONS:
Stripped and painted black ($4,500 job): February 2013
Engine rebuilt February 2005 at 123,470 miles
Gears (3.55)-But still has the 3.08 tag on the differential bolt.
Torsen T2R differential
B&M shifter (not visible)
Ford Motorsports ceramic coated shorty headers
Stainless X-pipe with cats
Dynomax SuperTurbo catback
Vogtland springs
Full-length subframe connectors (Maximum Motorsports)
MM caster-camber plates
MM panhard bar
Stainless front brake lines
Underdrive pulleys
Smog pump delete
NOTE: I still have the original police fan clutch, pulleys, gears, differential, springs, smog pump and air silencer.

EXTRAS:
Police spotlight (came with the car, but no longer installed)
Inside of trunk lid is still tan.
Original springs, gears (3.08), Trac-Lok differential, air silencer, pulleys
2 extra sets of wheels (16x7 pony wheels with caps and 16x8 5-spoke wheels)

MOTOR (just being honest here):
Puff of smoke taking off from stop (classic symptom of leaking valve seals)
But no oil on plugs, and compression in all cylinders is within acceptable range (checked February 2017)

PROBLEMS IF YOU WANT TO RESTORE IT TO CORRECT POLICE CAR:

No “5.0” or “LX” badges. (Removed for repainting.)

Fan clutch replaced with stock unit. (I have the original police fan clutch, but it has leaked a small bit of thick oil.)

I don't think I kept the original strut mounts (It has caster-camber plates).

Red poly motor mounts, transmission mount and sway bar end links.

Koni yellow shocks.

Front control arms (newer Ford pieces with correct appearance and geometry, but I think the ball joints were updated on the newer ones).

Exhaust is non-stock from headers to tailpipes.

Smog air-pump system has been removed; pump was replaced by a pulley (exhaust has cats, but there was no air pump fitting and the manufacturer said it didn't need the air pump). I still have the pump and SOME of the thermactor parts. (NOTE: Florida has no mandatory automobile inspections. Might not pass a visual test with only two cats, and I've never had an emissions test.)

Radio is not correct for a 1993 (the AM/FM cassette with push buttons broke; this also is a Ford AM/FM cassette, but from a 1992, with dials. The wiring also is a little different in the back.)

Sun visors are not correct (newer opal visors, but no mirror on either side).

Driver's seat came loose long ago, and in fixing it, one bolt seized, so there's one non-stock hole drilled to hold the seat rail in.

Florida Highway Patrol used a tacky, bright plastic dome light near the inside rear-view mirror. I still have it, but it's been removed and a new head liner installed. (You still can seen an impression where the light was installed.)

Still has a toggle switch to right of steering column, but wiring has been removed. (I took it by the local FHP station, and they said it could have been used for anything from a siren to killing the tailights!)

Subframe connectors are welded on (but sort of spot welded ... not welded the full length, so you might be able to grind them off. See photo gallery.).

Panhard bar in back is NOT welded in, but there will be maybe half-inch holes in each rear frame rail where it was installed.

Rear upper control arms were replaced with heavy duty Ford arms (the bushings were torn). Very similar to the police pieces, but might not have the correct dab of paint.

Aftermarket springs, but I still have the originals. Same with gears, differential, engine pulleys; changed, but I have the originals.

Rear quarter windows have plastic trim covers (the price of NOS quarter windows for a coupe is insane!).

I THINK that's all.

That is an impressive ad. I wish people took the time to cover 1/10th of the information you did. Super nice car worth every penny. Best of luck with the sale.

Thanks! The goal is a buyer who doesn't say, "WTF! I got screwed."

SOLD!
(I'll add a price when the deal is final. Don't want to be unfair to anyone before the t's are crossed and i's dotted.)

Thanks for all the advice.
