NC Highway Patrol Photos
Does anyone have a photo of the rear of a North Carolina Highway Patrol Mustang with the "STATE" "TROOPER" decals clearly visible? I'm trying to get a set of decals made for my car and I have the seal and a good photo that shows the side of the car, but I have not been able to find a photo of the decals on the rear. The earlier cars didn't have them. I've tried contacting M Squad, but have heard nothing for months, so I've found someone else who says they can get them for me if I can send them a good photo. Thanks in advance for the help!

That looks like from the video I took and posted to YouTube of the 1993 NCSHP SSP they still own. Had a chance to drive it a very short distance on their lot in Raleigh. BTW, I don't think the NCSHP used those markings on the trunk of their SSP Mustangs while in service, at least not generally speaking. As we know many variations out there, so hard to suggest never. Took tons of photos of that vehicle and the other historical cars that were in Raleigh at the time.

This appears to be the appropriate place to post the following photos I took in the early 1990s in Greensboro, NC. The marked car was getting upfitted for service. One day I will get better quality scans.

NCSHP Upfitting # 3. Back seat removed for rear decklight installation. I loved these flip up hideaway lights.

One last one. This pony was just put out to pasture when I took this photo. I wish I had recorded the VIN. It was going up for auction. An unmarked NCSHP SSP.
