That paper with the DSO/date on it looks like the Special Equipment Parts list. There is one posted in the tech section if you'd like to take a look.

Found the original equipment tree bolts laying in passenger floorboard.

Trunk mat is still screwed to the floor, where equipment was mounted. Looks like they just put the screws back in and tightened them down? There is also a cut right through the middle of the mat I'm guessing for spare tire access. original jack and J-hook still in place. Trunk floor is really solid...
