Front control arm bushings how to?
 

I purchased new poly bushings for my front control arms due to severe wear and I cannot allign the front. Is this something I can so myself or do I need to pay a mechanic? I am a novice mechanic with typical tool box and skills. Thanks for help and recommendations.
